Micah 4:7-9

⁷and I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation; and Jehovah shall reign over them in mount Zion, from henceforth even for ever.

⁸And thou, O tower of the flock, hill of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, yea, the first dominion shall come,—the kingdom to the daughter of Jerusalem.

⁹Now why dost thou cry out aloud? Is there no king in thee? is thy counsellor perished, that pangs have seized thee as a woman in travail?

New International Version

⁷I will make the lame my remnant,^(A)
    those driven away a strong nation.^(B)
The Lord will rule over them in Mount Zion^(C)
    from that day and forever.^(D)
⁸As for you, watchtower of the flock,
    stronghold^[a] of Daughter Zion,
the former dominion will be restored^(E) to you;
    kingship will come to Daughter Jerusalem.^(F)”
