7 But when you gather the assembly, the trumpets will blow without sounding a fanfare. 8 The sons of Aaron, the priests, will blow the trumpets. This will be a permanent law for you and your descendants.
9 “When you go to war in your own country against an enemy who is oppressing you, the trumpets will sound a fanfare. Then Yahweh your Elohim will remember you and rescue you from your enemies.

7 To gather the assembly, blow the trumpets,(A) but not with the signal for setting out.(B)
8 “The sons of Aaron, the priests, are to blow the trumpets. This is to be a lasting ordinance for you and the generations to come.(C) 9 When you go into battle in your own land against an enemy who is oppressing you,(D) sound a blast on the trumpets.(E) Then you will be remembered(F) by the Lord your God and rescued from your enemies.(G)
