8 If the Lord (A)delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us, (B)‘a land which flows with milk and honey.’ 9 Only (C)do not rebel against the Lord, (D)nor fear the people of the land, for (E)they[a] are our bread; their protection has departed from them, (F)and the Lord is with us. Do not fear them.”
10 (G)And all the congregation said to stone them with stones. Now (H)the glory of the Lord appeared in the tabernacle of meeting before all the children of Israel.

8 If the Lord is pleased with us,(A) he will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey,(B) and will give it to us.(C) 9 Only do not rebel(D) against the Lord. And do not be afraid(E) of the people of the land,(F) because we will devour them. Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with(G) us.(H) Do not be afraid of them.”(I)
10 But the whole assembly talked about stoning(J) them. Then the glory of the Lord(K) appeared at the tent of meeting to all the Israelites.
