29 “The same standard holds for everyone who sins by mistake; the native-born Israelites and the foreigners go by the same rules.

30-31 “But the person, native or foreigner, who sins defiantly, deliberately blaspheming God, must be cut off from his people: He has despised God’s word, he has violated God’s command; that person must be kicked out of the community, ostracized, left alone in his wrongdoing.”

29 One and the same law applies to everyone who sins unintentionally, whether a native-born Israelite or a foreigner residing among you.(A)

30 “‘But anyone who sins defiantly,(B) whether native-born or foreigner,(C) blasphemes the Lord(D) and must be cut off from the people of Israel.(E) 31 Because they have despised(F) the Lord’s word and broken his commands,(G) they must surely be cut off; their guilt remains on them.(H)’”
