Numbers 15:29-31

29 You shall have one law for him who does anything unintentionally, for him who is native among the sons of Israel and for the alien who sojourns among them. 30 But the person who does anything (A)defiantly, whether he is native or an alien, that one is blaspheming the Lord; and that person shall be cut off from among his people. 31 Because he has (B)despised the word of the Lord and has broken His commandment, that person shall be completely cut off; (C)his [a]guilt will be on him.’”

29 One and the same law applies to everyone who sins unintentionally, whether a native-born Israelite or a foreigner residing among you.(A)
30 “‘But anyone who sins defiantly,(B) whether native-born or foreigner,(C) blasphemes the Lord(D) and must be cut off from the people of Israel.(E) 31 Because they have despised(F) the Lord’s word and broken his commands,(G) they must surely be cut off; their guilt remains on them.(H)’”
