Numbers 15:29-31

29 For both the native among the Israelites and the alien residing among you, you shall have the same law for anyone who acts in error.(A) 30 But whoever acts high-handedly, whether native-born or an alien, affronts the Lord and shall be cut off from among the people. 31 Because of having despised the word of the Lord and broken his commandment, such a person shall be utterly cut off and bear the guilt.”(B)

New International Version
29 One and the same law applies to everyone who sins unintentionally, whether a native-born Israelite or a foreigner residing among you.(A)
30 “‘But anyone who sins defiantly,(B) whether native-born or foreigner,(C) blasphemes the Lord(D) and must be cut off from the people of Israel.(E) 31 Because they have despised(F) the Lord’s word and broken his commands,(G) they must surely be cut off; their guilt remains on them.(H)’”
