Good News Translation
3 A bull, a ram, a sheep, or a goat may be presented to the Lord as a burnt offering or as a sacrifice in fulfillment of a vow or as a freewill offering or as an offering at your regular religious festivals; the odor of these food offerings is pleasing to the Lord. 4-5 Whoever presents a sheep or a goat as a burnt offering to the Lord is to bring with each animal 2 pounds of flour mixed with 2 pints of olive oil as a grain offering, together with 2 pints of wine.

New International Version
3 and you present to the Lord food offerings from the herd or the flock,(A) as an aroma pleasing to the Lord(B)—whether burnt offerings(C) or sacrifices, for special vows or freewill offerings(D) or festival offerings(E)— 4 then the person who brings an offering shall present to the Lord a grain offering(F) of a tenth of an ephah[a] of the finest flour(G) mixed with a quarter of a hin[b] of olive oil. 5 With each lamb(H) for the burnt offering or the sacrifice, prepare a quarter of a hin of wine(I) as a drink offering.(J)
