3 And will make an offering by fire unto the Lord, a burnt offering or a sacrifice (A)[a]to fulfill a vow, or a free offering, or in your feasts to make a (B)sweet savor unto the Lord, of the herd or of the flock,
4 Then (C)let him that offereth his offering unto the Lord, bring a meat offering of a tenth deal of fine flour, mingled with the fourth part of an [b]Hin of oil.
5 Also thou shalt prepare the fourth part of an Hin of wine to be poured on a lamb appointed for the burnt offering, or any offering.

New International Version
3 and you present to the Lord food offerings from the herd or the flock,(A) as an aroma pleasing to the Lord(B)—whether burnt offerings(C) or sacrifices, for special vows or freewill offerings(D) or festival offerings(E)— 4 then the person who brings an offering shall present to the Lord a grain offering(F) of a tenth of an ephah[a] of the finest flour(G) mixed with a quarter of a hin[b] of olive oil. 5 With each lamb(H) for the burnt offering or the sacrifice, prepare a quarter of a hin of wine(I) as a drink offering.(J)
