Numbers 16:29-31

29 If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men, the Lord hath not sent me.
30 But if the Lord make [a]a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up with all that they have, and they go down quick into [b][c]the pit: then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the Lord.
31 ¶ And as soon as he had made an end of speaking all the words, even the ground clave asunder that was under them,

Numbers 16:29-31
New International Version
29 If these men die a natural death and suffer the fate of all mankind, then the Lord has not sent me.(A) 30 But if the Lord brings about something totally new, and the earth opens its mouth(B) and swallows them, with everything that belongs to them, and they go down alive into the realm of the dead,(C) then you will know that these men have treated the Lord with contempt.(D)”
31 As soon as he finished saying all this, the ground under them split apart(E)
