New King James Version

8 And his army was numbered at fifty-seven thousand four hundred. 9 “All who were numbered according to their armies of the forces with Judah, one hundred and eighty-six thousand four hundred—(A)these shall [a]break camp first.

10 “On the (B)south side shall be the standard of the forces with Reuben according to their armies, and the leader of the children of Reuben shall be Elizur the son of Shedeur.”

9 All the men assigned to the camp of Judah, according to their divisions, number 186,400. They will set out first.(A)

10 On the south(B) will be the divisions of the camp of Reuben under their standard. The leader of the people of Reuben is Elizur son of Shedeur.(C)
