“‘If he is next to someone who dies suddenly, his hair has been made unclean. It was part of his promise. So he must shave his head seven days later to be clean. 10 Then on the eighth day, he must bring two doves or two young pigeons to the priest. The priest will be at the entrance to the Holy Tent. 11 The priest will offer one as a sin offering. He will offer the other as a burnt offering. This removes sin so the man will belong to God. He had sinned because he was near a dead body. That same day he will again promise to let his hair grow for the Lord.

“‘If someone dies suddenly in the Nazirite’s presence, thus defiling the hair that symbolizes their dedication,(A) they must shave their head on the seventh day—the day of their cleansing.(B) 10 Then on the eighth day(C) they must bring two doves or two young pigeons(D) to the priest at the entrance to the tent of meeting.(E) 11 The priest is to offer one as a sin offering[a](F) and the other as a burnt offering(G) to make atonement(H) for the Nazirite because they sinned by being in the presence of the dead body. That same day they are to consecrate their head again.
