³⁸ “Speak to the sons of Israel and tell them that they shall make for themselves ^(A)tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and that they shall put on the tassel of each corner a ^[a]violet thread.

¹² “^(A)You shall make yourself tassels on the four corners of your garment with which you cover yourself.

³⁶ and they pleaded with Him that they might just touch ^(A)the ^[a]border of His cloak; and all who ^(B)touched it were cured.

⁵ And they do all their deeds ^(A)to be noticed by other people; for they ^(B)broaden their ^[a]phylacteries and lengthen ^(C)the tassels of their garments.
