Proverbs 11:19-21

¹⁹The good man finds life; the evil man, death.

²⁰The Lord hates the stubborn but delights in those who are good.

²¹You can be very sure the evil man will not go unpunished forever. And you can also be very sure God will rescue the children of the godly.

Proverbs 11:19-21

New International Version

¹⁹Truly the righteous attain life,^(A)
but whoever pursues evil finds death.^(B)

²⁰The Lord detests those whose hearts are perverse,^(C)
but he delights^(D) in those whose ways are blameless.^(E)

²¹Be sure of this: The wicked will not go unpunished,
but those who are righteous will go free.^(F)
