³⁵A servant who deals wisely has ^(A)the king's favor,
but his wrath falls on one who acts shamefully.

New International Version

³⁵A king delights in a wise servant,
but a shameful servant arouses his fury.^(A)

³⁵The king's favour is toward a wise servant: but his wrath is against him that causeth shame.

¹¹He who ^(A)loves purity of heart,
and whose ^(B)speech is gracious, ^(C)will have the king as his friend.

¹¹One who loves a pure heart and who speaks with grace
will have the king for a friend.^(A)

¹¹He that loveth pureness of heart, for the grace of his lips the king shall be his friend.
