Proverbs 16:3-5

³Ask the Lord to bless your plans, and you will be successful in carrying them out.

⁴Everything the Lord has made has its destiny; and the destiny of the wicked is destruction.

⁵The Lord hates everyone who is arrogant; he will never let them escape punishment.

Proverbs 16:3-5

New International Version

³Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
and he will establish your plans.^(A)

⁴The Lord works out everything to its proper end^(B)—
even the wicked for a day of disaster.^(C)

⁵The Lord detests all the proud of heart.^(D)
Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished.^(E)
