Proverbs 17:20-22

New American Standard Bible

²⁰One who has a crooked ^[a]mind ^(A)finds nothing good,
And one who is ^[b]^(B)corrupted in his language falls into evil.
²¹He who ^(C)fathers a fool does so to his sorrow,
And the father of a fool has no joy.
²²A ^(D)joyful heart ^[c]is good medicine,
But a broken spirit ^(E)dries up the bones.
