Proverbs 17:23-25
New American Standard Bible
23 A wicked person accepts a (A)bribe [a]from an inside pocket
To (B)pervert the ways of justice.
24 Wisdom is in the presence of one who has understanding,
But the (C)eyes of a fool are on the ends of the earth.
25 A (D)foolish son is a grief to his father,
And (E)bitterness to her who gave birth to him.
