Proverbs 19:21-23

21 (A)Many are the plans in the mind of a man,
but (B)it is the purpose of the Lord (C)that will stand.
22 What is desired in a man is steadfast love,
and a poor man is better than a liar.
23 The fear of the Lord (D)leads to life,
and whoever has it rests (E)satisfied;
he will (F)not be visited by harm.

21 Many are the plans in a person’s heart,
but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.(A)
22 What a person desires is unfailing love[a];
better to be poor than a liar.
23 The fear of the Lord leads to life;
