24 The (A)sluggard buries his hand (B)in the dish,
But will not even bring it back to his mouth.
25 (C)Strike a scoffer and the [a]naive may become shrewd,
But (D)reprove one who has understanding and he will [b]gain knowledge.
26 He (E)who assaults his father and drives his mother away
Is a shameful and disgraceful son.
