10 The soul of the wicked wisheth evil, and his neighbor hath no favor in his eyes.
11 [b]When the scorner is punished, the foolish is wise, and when one instructeth the wise, he will receive knowledge.

11 When the scorner is punished, the simple is made wise: and when the wise is instructed, he receiveth knowledge.
