Proverbs 27:12-14

12 A sensible person sees trouble and hides,
but naïve people keep going and pay the penalty.
13 Take the garment of someone who guarantees a loan for a stranger.
Keep it when someone pledges it on behalf of an immoral woman.
14 When someone blesses his neighbor in a loud voice early in the morning,
it will be regarded as a curse.

12 The prudent see danger and take refuge,
but the simple keep going and pay the penalty.(A)
13 Take the garment of one who puts up security for a stranger;
hold it in pledge if it is done for an outsider.(B)
14 If anyone loudly blesses their neighbor early in the morning,
it will be taken as a curse.
