Proverbs 29:14-16
American Standard Version
14 The king that faithfully judgeth the poor,
His throne shall be established for ever.
15 The rod and reproof give wisdom;
But a child left to himself causeth shame to his mother.
16 When the wicked [a]are increased, transgression increaseth;
But the righteous shall look upon their fall.
