16 When the wicked [a]increase, transgression increases;
But the (A)righteous will see their fall.
17 (B)Discipline your son, and he will give you rest;
And he will (C)give delight to your soul.
18 Where there is (D)no [b]vision, the people (E)are out of control,
But how (F)blessed is he who keeps the law.
