Proverbs 29:6-8

6 By transgression an evil man is (A)ensnared,
But the righteous (B)sings and rejoices.
7 The (C)righteous [a]is concerned for the rights of the poor,
The wicked does not understand such [b]concern.
8 Scorners (D)set a city aflame,
But (E)wise men turn away anger.
