Proverbs 30:32-33
New American Standard Bible
32 If you have been foolish in exalting yourself,
Or if you have plotted evil, (A)put your hand on your mouth.
33 For the [a]churning of milk produces butter,
And pressing the nose produces blood;
So the [b]churning of (B)anger produces strife.
