(B)Stretching out heaven like a tent curtain.
3 [a]He (C)lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters;
[b]He makes the (D)clouds His chariot;
[c]He walks on the (E)wings of the wind;
4 [d]He makes [e](F)the winds His messengers,
[f]Flaming (G)fire His ministers.

he stretches(C) out the heavens(D) like a tent(E)
3 and lays the beams(F) of his upper chambers on their waters.(G)
