³ and lays the beams^(A) of his upper chambers on their waters.^(B)
He makes the clouds^(C) his chariot^(D)
and rides on the wings of the wind.^(E)

¹³^[a]He ^(A)waters the mountains from His upper chambers;
^(B)The earth is satisfied with the fruit of His works.
