1 A psalm of David.
Adonai declares to my Lord:
“Sit at My right hand
until I make your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”[a]
2 Adonai will extend your mighty rod from Zion:
“Rule in the midst of your enemies.”[b]

“Sit at my right hand(B)
    until I make your enemies
    a footstool for your feet.”(C)

2 The Lord will extend your mighty scepter(D) from Zion,(E) saying,
    “Rule(F) in the midst of your enemies!”
