2 The Lord sends forth (A)from Zion
(B)your mighty sceptre.
(C)Rule in the midst of your enemies!
3 (D)Your people will (E)offer themselves freely
on the day of your (F)power,[a]
in (G)holy garments;[b]
from the womb of the morning,
the dew of your youth will be yours.[c]
4 (H)The Lord has (I)sworn
and will (J)not change his mind,
(K)“You are (L)a priest (M)for ever
after the order of (N)Melchizedek.”
