³ But You, O Lord, ^(A)know me;
You have seen me,
And You have ^(B)tested my heart toward You.
Pull them out like sheep for the slaughter,
And prepare them for ^(C)the day of slaughter.

¹⁵ O Lord, ^(A)You know;
Remember me and ^[a]visit me,
And ^(B)take vengeance for me on my persecutors.
In Your enduring patience, do not take me away.
Know that ^(C)for Your sake I have suffered rebuke.

¹¹ But the Lord is ^(A)with me as a mighty, awesome One.
Therefore my persecutors will stumble, and will not ^(B)prevail.
They will be greatly ashamed, for they will not prosper.
Their ^(C)everlasting confusion will never be forgotten.
