⁸⁰May my heart be ^(A)blameless in your statutes,
^(B)that I may not be put to shame!

⁸⁰May I wholeheartedly follow^(A) your decrees,^(B)
that I may not be put to shame.^(C)

²⁸And now, little children, abide in him, so that ^(A)when he appears ^(B)we may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his ^(C)coming.

²⁸And now, dear children,^(A) continue in him, so that when he appears^(B) we may be confident^(C) and unashamed before him at his coming.^(D)
