⁹⁷Oh, how I love your law!^(A)
I meditate^(B) on it all day long.

⁹⁷O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day.

¹⁴⁸My eyes stay open through the watches of the night,^(A)
that I may meditate on your promises.

¹⁴⁸Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.

²but whose delight^(A) is in the law of the Lord,^(B)
and who meditates^(C) on his law day and night.

²But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
