³Jehovah did great things with us, We have been joyful.

⁴Turn again, O Jehovah, [to] our captivity, As streams in the south.

⁵Those sowing in tears, with singing do reap,

New International Version

³The Lord has done great things^(A) for us,
and we are filled with joy.^(B)

⁴Restore our fortunes,^[a]^(C) Lord,
like streams in the Negev.^(D)
⁵Those who sow with tears^(E)
will reap^(F) with songs of joy.^(G)
