Psalm 141:7-9
Lexham English Bible

7 As when one plows and breaks up the earth,
so our bones are scattered at the mouth of Sheol.
8 But[a] my eyes are toward you, O Yahweh, my Lord;
I have taken refuge in you. Do not lay bare my soul.[b]
9 Protect me from the grasp[c] of the trap they have laid for me,
and from the snares of evildoers.

8 But my eyes are fixed(D) on you, Sovereign Lord;
    in you I take refuge(E)—do not give me over to death.
9 Keep me safe(F) from the traps set by evildoers,(G)
    from the snares(H) they have laid for me.
