⁷ To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;

²⁴ Therefore saith the Lord, the Lord of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:

⁴ I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.

¹⁵ And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard.
