7 [a]To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and corrections among the people:
8 To bind [b]their kings in chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron,
9 That they may execute upon them the judgment that is [c]written: this honor shall be to all his Saints. Praise ye the Lord.

- Psalm 149:7 This is chiefly accomplished in the kingdom of Christ when God’s people for just causes execute God’s judgments against his enemies: and it giveth no liberty to any to revenge their private injuries.
