³⁹You armed me with strength^(A) for battle;
you humbled my adversaries^(B) before me.

³⁹For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.

²³On that day God subdued^(A) Jabin^(B) king of Canaan before the Israelites.
