⁶ “But as for Me, I have ^[a]installed ^(A)My King
Upon Zion, ^(B)My holy mountain.”

⁷ “I will surely tell of the ^[b]decree of Yahweh:
He said to Me, ‘You are ^(C)My Son,
Today I have begotten You.
⁸ Ask of Me, and ^(D)I will surely give ^(E)the ^[c]nations as Your inheritance,
And the ^(F)ends of the earth as Your possession.
⁹ You shall ^[d](G)break them with a ^[e]rod of iron,
You shall ^(H)shatter them like a potter’s vessel.’”

¹⁰ So now, O kings, ^(I)show insight;
Take warning, O ^[f]judges of the earth.
¹¹ Serve Yahweh with ^(J)fear
And rejoice with ^(K)trembling.
^12 [g]Kiss ^(L)the Son, lest He become angry, and you perish in the way,
For ^(M)His ^[h]wrath may ^[i]soon be kindled.
How blessed are all who ^(N)take refuge in Him!

²⁷ All the ^(A)ends of the earth will remember and turn to Yahweh,
And all the ^(B)families of the nations will worship before ^[a]You.

^11 [a]And let all ^(A)kings bow down to him,
All ^(B)nations serve him.

¹² For the ^(A)nation and the kingdom which will not serve you will perish,
And the nations will surely be laid waste.
