⁸Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations as Your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth as Your possession.

Psalm 2:8

⁸Ask me,
and I will make the nations^(A) your inheritance,^(B)
the ends of the earth^(C) your possession.

⁹You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them in pieces like potters’ ware.^(A)

⁹You will break them with a rod of iron^[a];^(A)
you will dash them to pieces^(B) like pottery.^(C)”
