6 For thou hast set him as [a]blessings forever: thou hast made him glad with the joy of thy countenance.
7 Because the king trusteth in the Lord, and in the mercy of the most high, he shall not slide.
8 [b]Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies, and thy right hand shall find out them that hate thee.

6 Surely you have granted him unending blessings
and made him glad with the joy(A) of your presence.(B)

8 Your hand will lay hold(G) on all your enemies;
your right hand will seize your foes.
