3 For thy [a]lovingkindness is before mine eyes: therefore have I walked in thy truth.

4 I have not [b]haunted with vain persons, neither kept company with the dissemblers.

5 I have hated the assembly of the evil, and have not companied with the wicked.

3 for I have always been mindful of your unfailing love(A)
    and have lived(B) in reliance on your faithfulness.(C)

4 I do not sit(D) with the deceitful,
    nor do I associate with hypocrites.(E)
5 I abhor(F) the assembly of evildoers
    and refuse to sit with the wicked.
