^4 (A)One thing I have asked from Yahweh, that I shall seek:
That I may ^(B)dwell in the house of Yahweh all the days of my life,
To behold ^(C)the ^[a]beauty of Yahweh
And to ^(D)inquire in His temple.

⁸ On Your behalf my heart says, “^(A)Seek My face,”
“Your face, O Yahweh, ^(B)I shall seek.”
