yet I have not seen the righteous abandoned
or his children begging for bread.^(A)

²⁵I was young and now I am old,
yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken^(A)
or their children begging^(B) bread.

³³But seek first the kingdom of God^[a]^(A) and His righteousness,^(B) and all these things will be provided for you.^(C)
