Christian Standard Bible

26 He is always generous, always lending,
and his children are a blessing.(A)

27 Turn away from evil, do what is good,
and settle permanently.(B)
28 For the Lord loves justice
and will not abandon his faithful ones.(C)
They are kept safe forever,
but the children of the wicked will be destroyed.(D)

Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed[b];
    the offspring of the wicked will perish.(F)

28 For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
