Psalm 37:28-30
New English Translation
28 For the Lord promotes[a] justice,
and never abandons[b] his faithful followers.
They are permanently secure,[c]
but the children[d] of the wicked are wiped out.[e]
29 The godly will possess the land
and will dwell in it permanently.
30 The godly speak wise words
and promote justice.[f]

New International Version
28 For the Lord loves the just
and will not forsake his faithful ones.(A)
Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed[a];
the offspring of the wicked will perish.(B)
29 The righteous will inherit the land(C)
and dwell in it forever.(D)
30 The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom,(E)
and their tongues speak what is just.
