4 (A)Blessed is that man who makes the Lord his trust,
And does not respect the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
5 (B)Many, O Lord my God, are Your wonderful works
Which You have done;
(C)And Your thoughts toward us
Cannot be recounted to You in order;
If I would declare and speak of them,
They are more than can be numbered.
6 (D)Sacrifice and offering You did not desire;
My ears You have opened.
Burnt offering and sin offering You did not require.

who trusts in the Lord,(B)
who does not look to the proud,(C)
to those who turn aside to false gods.[a](D)
5 Many, Lord my God,
are the wonders(E) you have done,
the things you planned for us.
None can compare(F) with you;
were I to speak and tell of your deeds,
they would be too many(G) to declare.
