Psalm 42:10-11
New American Bible (Revised Edition)
10 I will say to God, my rock:
“Why do you forget me?(A)
Why must I go about mourning
with the enemy oppressing me?”
11 It shatters my bones, when my adversaries reproach me,
when they say to me every day: “Where is your God?”
Psalm 42:10-11
New International Version
10 My bones suffer mortal agony(A)
as my foes taunt(B) me,
saying to me all day long,
“Where is your God?”(C)
11 Why, my soul, are you downcast?
Why so disturbed within me?
Put your hope in God,
for I will yet praise him,
my Savior and my God.(D)
