6 You destroy those who tell lies;(A)
the Lord abhors violent and treacherous people.(B)

7 But I enter your house
by the abundance of your faithful love;(C)
I bow down toward your holy temple
in reverential awe of you.(D)
8 Lord, lead me in your righteousness(E)
because of my adversaries;
make your way straight before me.(F)

The bloodthirsty and deceitful
    you, Lord, detest.
7 But I, by your great love,
    can come into your house;

    because of my enemies—
