God has spoken in his holiness:[a]
“I will triumph. I will distribute Shechem,
and I will measure off the Valley of Succoth.
Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine.
Ephraim is my helmet. Judah is my scepter.
Moab is my washbasin. On Edom I toss my sandal.
I shout aloud over Philistia.”[b][c]
