¹² And that ^(A)to You, O Lord, belongs lovingkindness,
For You ^(B)repay a man according to his work.

¹⁰ I, Yahweh, ^(A)search the heart;
I test the ^[a]inmost being,
Even ^(B)to give to each man according to his ways,
According to the fruit of his deeds.

¹⁴ But I will punish you ^(A)according to the ^[a]results of your deeds,” declares Yahweh,
“And I will ^(B)kindle a fire in its forest
That it may devour all its surroundings.”’”
